TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before the trip begins. Payments are non-refundable unless canceled within the allowed cancellation period. Overtime fees apply if the rental exceeds the scheduled time. All riders must be 18 years of age or older, unless given permission by their parents/guardians or accompanied by a chaperone.
PASSENGER CONDUCT & LIABILITY
The renter is responsible for the behavior of all passengers. Any damage to the bus caused by guests will be charged to the renter. Fighting, violence, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of service without a refund. Inappropriate behavior includes but is not limited to: Extreme intoxication, Giving alcohol to non-passengers, inappropriate language or gestures, Public urination /vomiting, violence or threats of violence, or any other behavior deemed to be inappropriate.
DRIVER AUTHORITY & TERMINATION OF SERVICE
The iParty Bus driver is responsible for the vehicle and his/her decisions are final. The driver reserves the right to end the service early without a refund if passengers violate safety rules, damage the vehicle, or engage in illegal activities. If the vehicle is left in an unsafe condition due to passenger behavior, the service will be immediately terminated.
ALCOHOL POLICY
Renters may bring on board alcoholic beverages such as liquor, beer, wine or other fermented beverages as allowed by law as long as renter is 21 years of age or older. The company is not responsible for alcohol consumption. Renter takes full responsibility alcoholic beverages and will not allow anyone under age to consume it. All alcoholic beverages and people holding them must remain on the vehicle at all times. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the bus.
CLEANING & DAMAGE FEES
Excessive spills, stains, or damage to the vehicle will result in an additional cleaning or repair charge. A standard cleaning fee may be applied for parties that leave excessive messes.
RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILTY
iParty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. iParty is not liable for delays due to traffic, road conditions, or uncontrollable circumstances. If the bus experiences mechanical issues, we will make every effort to resolve the situation, including offering an alternative vehicle or rescheduling the service.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations must be made at least one week in advance for consideration of a partial refund. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be refunded. The company reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, mechanical issues). In such cases, a full refund or reschedule option will be provided.
